From Birks Bridge car park, up the Duddon  Valley between the Newfield and Cockley Beck. Short, steep run guided by Tim; good chance of a swim at the end.

Guided by Will, it says here, which is nice because my knee must be better. Meet at the crossroads on top of Birker Fell for a nice rolling tussocky run around Devoke Water; various options to lengthen if you're feeling lively.
