Social run up Coniston Old Man from Station Road, Coniston, led by Matthew. An opportunity to recce the Lakeland Country Fair route. Meet at 18:30.

Parking on the side of the road on Station Road, near the Sun Inn.
Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves and a whistle.
