Ok, not really our app but we use Spond to manage club membership and events:
You can find more information and links at https://spond.com. It’s a general purpose club-organising app that doesn’t cost much and does most of the right work for us.
If you’re already a member, you should have received an invitation at your usual email address. If not you can create a Spond account and then use the code WYLKP to join the BCR group. Once that initial setup is done, you can get the club’s events to come up in your calendar. It’s also possible to start and join discussions and polls; we don’t do that much because really, who needs another messaging app? But it’s possible.
The calendar on this website is generally up to date, but the app is more reliable and also (once you’ve set it up) a lot easier.
One day soon when I have time, this page will include various useful and not annoying how-to guides.
