Devoke winterleague

The Devoke winter league race is further out on the fell than some, but still suitable for any runner who doesn’t mind wet feet. Grippy shoes very much needed. Meet at the crossroads on top of Birker fell and run around the bumps.
The BCR winter league is a series of small trail and fell races running most weekends through the winter (with a few gaps to make way for other events). They are informal and friendly, usually about 10k long, and with a staggered start designed to get everyone finishing roughly at the same time. Anyone is welcome to join us.
At the end of the series each person is scored on their best four placements (1 point for first, etc).
