Grey Friar social run

Up Grtey Friar from Seathwaite Village Hall, 100m past the Newfield in the Duddon valley. Led by Pete T, with a committee meeting afterwards in the pub. Please preorder food at start of run if dining. Full kit still needed and head torch just in case.
