About 8 miles, 3500ft: over Wetherlam, Swirl and Great Carrs, down Wet Side Edge into Greendale and then over the shoulder back to Tilberthwaite. Led by Will or anyone who knows the way. Good recovery run after Wansfell on the 27th.
