Social run around the Blawith Fells, led by Matthew. Meet at 18:30 as usual.
Parking in Torver by the church and meet at the Wilson’s Arms.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves, whistle and a fully-charged head torch.
