Social run up Coniston Old Man from Torver, led by Robbie. Meet at 18:30 outside the Wilsons Arms. Parking available in front of the pub or next to the village hall.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves and a whistle.
