Dow Crag Social Run

Social run from Seathwaite up Dow Crag, led by Pete. Meet at 18:30 as usual. Committee meeting in the Newfield afterwards.
Parking at Seathwaite Parish Room, just beyond the Newfield Inn.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves, whistle and a fully-charged head torch.
