Dow Crag Social Run

Social run up Dow Crag, led by Pete. Should provide a chance to recce the Short Duddon race route. Meet at 18:30 at Seathwaite Parish Room.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves and a whistle.
