Grange-Over-Sands Social Run

Social run from Grange across the Sands to Arnside Knott, led by Matthew. If the tide times don’t work out, we’ll head up Hampsfell instead. Meet at 18:30 at Berners Close Car Park, LA11 7DQ.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves and a whistle.
