High Dam Social Run

Social run around High Dam, led by Matthew. Meet at 18:30 as usual.
Parking on the roadside next to the Swan Hotel just along from the Swan Hotel. Cross the bridge and follow the road past the hotel and round to the left.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves, whistle and a fully-charged head torch.
