Red Dell Social Run

Social run up Red Dell from Coniston, led by Sue. Meet at 18:30 as usual.
Park on the side of the road just past the Sun Inn in Coniston.

Reminder that runners should bring appropriate kit as recommended by the Fell Runners Association: appropriate footwear, waterproof whole body cover (with taped seams and integrated attached hood), hat, gloves, whistle and a fully-charged head torch.
